Luke Lyson - ᛚᛟᚲᛁ (Loki)

Disclaimer: This version of Loki has been pulled from Scion: Second Edition and other related books for the Onyx Path Story Path System. Scion is a TTRPG about children of Gods, with a collective gathering of many different pantheons, gods and powers. He comes from "Misfit Gods" Campaign where Loki has been banished to Earth where he has to redeem himself. He knows its It's A Long Road to redemption but it's better than being placed on The Rock again. The character is not meant to insult any one of the faith or followers, but is just for RP purposes.

Current History At A Glance: Having got himself in a fight with Ares once again, Zeus called upon Odin to do something with his blood brother, before the Theoi did. Odin, speaking to Loki, decided that instead of giving him a harsh punishment he would simply send him to Miðgarðr until a time he saw fit. A redemption period. Part of the 'punishment' would be to look after several of the other Aesir Scions, making sure they were safe. Loki, bored of wandering Midgard, gathered the small group of Scions and started to train them to survive the god trials they were to face upcoming 'awakening'.

It's slightly against the 'no interference' rules head between all the pantheons, but at the moment Loki didn't care. He collected a group of four unawaken children, slowly pulling strings and making plans to manipulate the families of these scions to be, to a location called Cannon Coast Oregon. After years of pulling these strings around he managed to get all four kids and families to move to this small town for a better life or job security. He collected an orphan child named Felix, a child of his own daughter Hel, and brought him here through mortal adoption, which was a real pain in the ass, but that is his grandchild, so he decided he'd do what he wanted. With Felix was Asher, who seemed to be a half brother to the younger boy. Loki had discovered that he was the child of Hlin (or so he had thought at first). He took in one of Odin's own brats, a blond little spitfire wise ass named Britta. And, as if to possibly piss Skadi off later, he had manipulated a small family that was raising one of her own, Jaxson. Posing as Luke Lyson, a drama teacher at Seaside High School, Loki got close to each of these kids, bonding with them, in a way no adults around them seemed to understand. At first it was all just tricks and games to kill a board mind, but after a year or so he got very attached. Helping the kids understand the powers that slowly came to them, he considered them his small pack, or wolf pups under his watch. Anything that was attracted to them, he would actually stick his neck out to protect them. And in a startling turn of events, due to a memory block on Loki himself, he discovered much later in the years that Asher was actually his own child. Shit's gotten real weird now.

A Note About Mythology:
When Norse Mythology is brought up with Loki, or honestly, any of the other Gods one might meet in this world, they will more than likely tell you that most of the lore humans know or tell are 'stories' and are not to be taken at 100% accuracy. Logically you can not say earth ending events have happened and gods have died if the gods are still walking around. A god tied to a stone for all eternity obviously can't go have kids, and yet they do. No the "Mythologies" of most Pantheons are the stories of old that humans told to make sense of things. All myths have some form of reality to them, but they aren't always word for word. Though Loki will be the first to tell you that not all lore is accurate, he also wont deny MOST of the stranger or shitter aspects of his own stories. Now, if he's telling you the TRUTH or not is still up for debate...

With that said, if you want the "History" of the Trickster of the Aesir, you can look up any old wiki page or site and try to piece it together yourself. He's not here to do that for you. He might tell wild stories of the past, but he most likely wont entertain you with his own stupid tales!

Originally called Thursday Below, Loki found it amusing to knock the E to the ground and paint on a S to say "Thor--"I mean "Thursday Blows". It's a large 4 story place with several rooms, large walk ways, access to the beach ahead and the woods behind. There are few neighbors, thankfully (unfortunately one of them is occupied with the Theoi Hermes, who wanted to bother him). Many of the rooms are converted to training spaces, or just junk rooms. He rarely uses any of them and chooses to sleep on the lower under floor, allowing local wolves to come in and rest with him, like a den. His motorcycle always parked in the garage. Both Felix and Asher live here with him, as he had basically adopted Felix and later Asher. Britta and Jaxson tend to hang out here a lot as well. There seems to always be a raven or a wolf hanging around, keeping an eye on everything.

Not off the table! He likes the kissing thing, but also he has a small lip spike in his lower lip, so if you piss him off he might get you with that!

ALWAYS. Flirting hurts no one, and he like a flirty fool.

Most definitely. He actually enjoys a damn good fight, but be ready for knives. He doesn't tend to use magic often around mortals at least?

Here for it. He heals fast however. He might be in a mostly mortal body, but he can survive a lot.

Sure! Though Hel's been instructed to return him to the semi-mortal body if something dumb happens.
...Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: YOU CAN, but fair warning, it might hurt. For those trying to read, it might be static, or it might be loud voices. Maybe prayers to Loki or a Trickster in general. Or the howls of wolves. or all of the above! A sharp pain might hit as well. Though depending on his own state of mind, it might be open, so just ask either through the tag, or on the side.

Open to play all ships that have some form of chemistry. Characters must at least be adults. Gender, race and so on matters not. Though he's not looking for relationships, he does enjoy playing with people.
